## Site and learning content

This site provides educational material on electrician English, safety decisions, and evidence-based troubleshooting. It does not replace local rules, licensing, site procedures, or qualified judgment. Do not treat exercises as instructions for live electrical work.

Public term cards and scenarios are free to read. Do not resell the site's text, workbook, or images, or publish them as your own product without permission.

## Product, price, and delivery

The first-edition printable workbook is a one-time US$19 digital purchase. It contains 30 bilingual term cards, 10 evidence-based troubleshooting scenarios, practice records, and answer spaces. The underlying cards and scenarios are also free to read here; the purchase supplies the formatted HTML workbook download. There is no subscription or physical shipment.

Once the payment provider confirms payment, the file is available from the completion page or this site's product page. Open the HTML file in a browser to print or save as PDF. Checkout may be provided by Creem or PayPal; the terms shown by the selected provider also apply.

## Refunds and support

After digital delivery, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. Contact support about duplicate charges, failed delivery, content that differs from the description, or any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory rights or override the applicable payment provider's buyer terms.

Email cacida@mail.grokbot.com with the purchase email and order receipt so we can investigate. Do not send full card details.
