Information we handle

Your browser stores your language preference on your device. The free assessment computes scores and gaps locally; no email is needed for the study list. Submitting practice feedback saves the fictional answer, choice, self-review checklist, attempt count, and time in this browser only, without device sync or upload to this site. Listening practice plays prerecorded synthetic audio hosted by this site. Fallback speech uses only English voices reported by the browser as local, with no recording or microphone access. Text is available when audio cannot play. Do not enter real client, jobsite, or personal details. No subscription form is shown when email collection is disconnected. Older unsent email drafts can be removed by clearing this site's local storage.

At purchase, the selected Waffo, Creem, Stripe, or PayPal checkout collects the email, billing, and payment information needed for payment. This site verifies payment using an order ID or a delivery token. For Waffo checkout, the site generates a random delivery token, passes it to Waffo with the order, and stores the related product, test or production mode, payment status, order and payment IDs, event ID, and update time in Cloudflare. Stripe session IDs, status, amount, currency, event IDs, and update times are stored in Cloudflare. Creem checkout, product, order, and event IDs, status, and update times are also stored there after completed payment events. The site's server verifies and captures PayPal orders with PayPal and does not currently store payer details. This site does not receive or store full card numbers.

If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you provide. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, may also process IP addresses and device request information needed to deliver the site. The site also loads the Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon to measure page views and loading performance. Cloudflare states that this beacon does not read cookies or browser local storage.

Purposes and service providers

We use this information to run the site and learning features, verify payments, deliver the workbook, answer support requests, and address necessary disputes or legal duties. We do not sell your email address. The site does not currently have an active email subscription service. We will update this notice and the forms before enabling one.

Waffo, Creem, Stripe, or PayPal processes the payment option you choose, Cloudflare hosts the site and order-status records, and the support email provider handles messages. These providers may process information outside your country or region. See their notices for processing locations and their own retention practices.

Retention, choices, and deletion

Your language preference, practice records, and older unsent email drafts stay in your browser. The home page practice reset clears practice answers and records; clearing site storage removes all local data. Waffo delivery tokens for unpaid checkouts remain on this site for up to two days; paid order-status records currently have no automatic expiry. We use and retain them for delivery, support, dispute resolution, and applicable legal needs. Waffo, Creem, Stripe, PayPal, and the email provider describe their own retention practices in their policies.

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by this site, or to raise a privacy complaint. Identify the relevant email or receipt, but do not send full card details. We will verify the request and explain the outcome. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep may not be deleted immediately.

Changes to this notice

If the site adds email subscriptions or other analytics, or changes how order data is handled, we will update this page and the date above before enabling the change.
